Courtney Smith, O.D.

Dr. Smith is from the Indianapolis area and graduated from Indiana University with her Bachelor of Science in biology and Doctor of Optometry degree. 

Dr. Smith completed externships at Cataract and Laser Institute in Kokomo, Bennett and Bloom Eye Centers in Kentucky, and the Ralph H. Johnson VAMC in South Carolina. During these externships, she gained great knowledge in peri-surgical care including surgical co-management for cataracts and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases including macular degeneration, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eye, among others.  

Outside of work, Dr. Smith enjoys spending time with her friends and family, being active, pickleball, game nights, baking, and being outdoors, especially at the lake.
