Insurance & Payment

Medicare and Insurance

Depending on your individual surgical needs, Medicare and/or private insurance may cover a large portion of the cost or your procedure. The biggest costs of cataract treatment are covered by insurance, such as operating room and anesthesia fees, fees for surgery, nursing staff and supplies. For your convenience, financing is available for unmet deductibles, co-pays and costs not covered by insurance and may be paid over time.

When you come in for your first appointment, our patient counselor will be able to answer your specific questions about lenses and costs, and will discuss insurance coverage for your specific medical treatment in greater detail.
