Kylie Sebastian, O.D.

Medical Eye Care Specialist

Dr. Sebastian is a native of Kokomo and is excited to be practicing in her hometown. She graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis where she earned a Bachelor's degree in chemistry. After graduating from IUPUI, Dr. Sebastian earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry. Dr. Sebastian also completed four externships, each specializing in areas of ocular disease, specialty contact lens fitting and pre- and post-operative cataract and laser care. During these externships she also gained knowledge in the management of corneal disorders. Dr. Sebastian provides family eye care, surgical consultations and treats eye diseases and injuries. Dr Sebastian specializes in diagnosing and treating dry eye.

While attending Indiana University, Dr. Sebastian was acting President of the Indiana University School of Optometry Student Association. She is the recipient of additional student awards including the American Optometric Association Leadership Award for her efforts as a student leader.

When she isn't practicing optometry at Cataract & Laser Institute, you will find Dr. Sebastian working on her golf game, sewing and crafting, spending time with her two rescue beagles and volunteering her time in the community.
